Unfortunately I would have to rate this place as one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many all around the world! The rooms are very small and with no real windows The walls are paper thin . The bathroom is so small you have to put things on top of the toilet to get into the shower The breakfast was terrible it dining room is located in the central area which also has in it the reception and yes the gym all in one open area I tried breakfast twice out of a 6 night stay everything was run out or they didn’t have , honestly this place is more like a very bad backpackers than a hotel ! There are so many other grate hotels in Chiang Mai Don’t ruin your great Chiang Mai holiday by staying here !
