The place is old and runndown. They advertise of an AC in the room but claim it has no remote control to restrict you from using it to save elecricuty until you make a big deal of it and then the remote for the AC showes up! The bathroom in the room smells like sewage and water does not drain well. Trash xans are limited to one oer room (non in the bathroom) with NO plastic bags in it...The water is hard and tastes salty and irritated my skin, but this may be an Agadir issue not a hotel issue... The staff is strange and try to make up rules on the fly that were not in expedia nor communicated upfront ...for example they were trying to restrict my visitors from coming to ny room and were claiming that i can only meet visitors in the lobby; otgerwise, tgey will need to be considred as added occupants to the room and should pay to come to my room (even though they stayed in a different hotel and were planning to be at ny room briefly)!!! The best part of the included breakfast probably the coffe andbtge olives...the breakfast buffet can definitely use some improvements...

I really liked the staff, they are very friendly. Also location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Something I didn't like was the music they played al day long (from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m.) by the pool at a loud volume.

This hotel has gone down the drain, my 5th visit here and will be the last! I cannot believe this hotel is still open. Upon check in we were given a room which was not even for guests, it may have been where the staff sleep. There was no balcony but a small window even when we paid for a balcony room. The room was dirty and had no amenities such as fridge, towels, bin or soap. We asked for a room change and the receptionists were adamant that they had no more rooms even swearing on god. We didn't take no for an answer so they somehow found a room when none was available. This room was a little bit better but was still on the ground floor with a balcony door that opens up to nothing. It was dirty with spiders and ants. There was also no fridge, bin or amenities in the bathroom. Also, the pillow was so thin and rock hard. Went back to reception but they said come back the next day for a new room. The next day we went back but they said still no room available as all the rooms have already been given away. We gave up and accepted the room but asked for a kettle, tea cups and a fridge. The cleaning lady did a really good job in the bathroom. The fridge arrived 8 hours after requesting and the cups are still not here after 3 phone calls to room service. I went to reception and they said that they cannot do anything about it passing me on to the restaurant who passed me on to the bar. The bar could only let me take the wine glasses up to the room. Please avoid this hotel!

awful. Towels not washed properly and smelling. Smelly toilets and not cleaned properly with stained toilets. Very dirty pools and Not heated as advertised. Also not safe for children as pieces of glasses lying on the floor near pool and not cleaned.Only good thing is that it is close to the beach.

The stay was great except for the reception staff. They were not friendly and looked like they hate their job and would not be bothered. Every stay starts with a first impression and how reception staff make you feel welcome or not. Would not stay there for this reason.
