Very central
The hotel is lovely and clean and so are the rooms. It is a 10 min walk from the railway station and another 10 to Piazza Maggiore. Our room was compact with a double bed, desk and tv, but comfortable with toiletries and clean towels daily if needed. The breakfast was enough depending on what you enjoy. The only two downfalls was one - no kettle in the room or any communal areas, which for a four star hotel one would expect to have one. We found out at the end of our trip, you could ask reception for one. A tea in the bar then cost 5 euro each. Another was that I could not borrow an iron, I was told that we would have to use the Laundry service but they did not work on weekends. It is sad that all everyone wants nowadays is to rip people off.

Location, Value, Friendly
This hotel is within a 10 minute walk of the main train station which is connected to the airport by a monorail. The area around the hotel is great, you’re right in the heart of the historic centre, only a five minute walk to the main square. Reception staff were nice and helpful, in fact all the staff we came across were friendly. Breakfast has reasonable choice to a good standard and they provide takeaway cups if you want a drink in the room. The room was a good size and everything was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage with fridge and safe included. Standard check out up to 12.00pm which is later than most places I’ve stayed.

Wonderful stay.
Very nice hotel, close to the train station. Walkable to all the major attractions in the city. The breakfast was fantastic. Will stay again if in the city.
