We were well looked after and the breakfast was excellent. Helpful staff. Ideal location in a surprisingly quiet street, but only a very short walk from the centre of the city. You can be ordering a beer in the Hofbrauhaus within about five minutes of leaving the hotel!

The staff who checked us in and out were both very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the intended time and was able to leave our bags for safe keeping until our departure. The location is very close to where we want to be. The breakfast buffet are of good variety/choices and good. The suite room where we stay is big enough for 4 people. My only complaint is that we still have to use the stairs to get in our room and there is no light until you step in the corridor, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Munich Business Trip
I had an excellent experience with the hotel. The location is perfect. It's less than 2 blocks to all the Brauhaus', 3-4 minute walk to Isartor Station, 7-8 minute walk to Marienplatz. The staff is excellent and very helpful. I arrived well before 3:00pm check-in and the staff informed me my room would be ready in 30 minutes and allowed me to check-in mid-morning after a long flight from the USA. They even provided a cup of coffee while I waited. It simplified my day attending a trade show. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Room is not large, but I did have a desk work and it was well-cleaned daily. Only very minor issue I had to squeeze my suitcase in between the wall and bed.
