Housekeeping clean at least twice a day. Convenient to all over the place.

We were a party of 7 in multiple rooms and the hotel took very good care of us.Each question or request was met with utmost friendliness and eagerness to help!Rooms were tiptop clean and everyone in the hotel made sure we are having a good time. The Breakfast has a great choice of local and international dishes and the Atrium Cafe is a great place to relax after a full days walk - the bar keeper is the most entertaining guy ever :-) Front desk was always ready to help with suggestions and helped us out with probably the most magnificent birthday cake (made by the in house chef) we ever bought! It would not be possible to highlight one person as everyone was just nice and genuinely lovely,but Julia did a great job in presenting the birthday cake and setting the small “ceremony “ up. We thank everyone!!!

Friendly staff but King bed are combined by 2 single beds and size room looked abit small. Breakfast are good in quality and selection. Location is okay and acceptable for us.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to! When I arrived, I was told about the breakfast, which I politely declined. He then asked me why and I told him that I would be sleeping. He then replied: "Even at 10:30?" Yes, cos I go to bed at 6 am, I replied. Well that's on you he told me. That's so rude and none of his business how my sleep pattern is! The following day I was asked if I lived at the hotel! That's the same as accusing me of being a thief! Absolutely unacceptable disgusting behaviour! Now comes the worst part! You can hear everything from your neighbours! I was standing in the bathroom and could hear people talking like they were in my room! That's horrible! No privacy at all! I will warn everybody that I know against this disgusting place!

One of the best things about this hotel is it's location - virtually all the main sites are within walking distance. Also, there are lots of good restaurants within easy reach. There's also a metro station around the corner if you need it. Another benefit about this hotel is that there is a restaurant on the roof from which you can get views of the Acropolis and the Parthenon - and the food is fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay at the Herodion. Its really convenient being near the Acroplis Museum for visiting Old Athens. Very Clean and safe in the current Covid situation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff. Perfect location to all sightseeing locations.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel reception was extremely friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded our room with a view of the acropolis. The hotel took every step to ensure that we were comfortable with all of the cleaning/disinfecting COVID-19 precautionary measures. Furthermore, the location is perfect with a short walk to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, and Temple of Zeus. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to sightsee and stay at a nice hotel!

Very near to Acropolis and other must see places. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were really courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay in this hotel for future travels to Athens.

The staff was more attentive than in any other hotel I have ever been to including Beverly Hilton in Hollywood and the Athens and Kuwait Hilton Hotels. Check in was a snap and our requests were met with enthusiasm. For instance my husband had a medical emergency and they suggested not only the best hospital but got us a taxi to the hotel quickly. The rooms are very nice and again I do not know where you would find better staffing than “The Herodian”. Thank you all for making our visit one such that not if we return to Athens, but when we return to Athens, we will plan our stay at the Herodian. Thank you!!!! Sharon and Edward Gassen.
