Warwick is a Great Place
Everything went very well for this and previous stays. We needed to get into a room to change into business clothes from our flight. The front desk took care of us, the bags moved quickly to our room, we were able to freshen up and be on our way in an hour! the care from the staff and the support from the concierge was excellent.

Nice but can be noisy
Nice hotel and well located. Rooms facing the street at the front of the hotel are noisy from traffic, including police sirens, when the windows are open. No other complaints.

This hotel is amazing but we just didn’t like ... one of our nights we were very hungry and tired we didn’t leave the hotel so we ordered something about the menu we had in a room . So my boyfriend ordered it we didn’t received nothing after 50 min later so he called and asked bout it ah the they said let me check another 10 more minutes sooo finally they told us sorry we don’t have the menu available.. so that was not ok! That was the only problem or inconvenience we had .. after that everything was perfect location, amenities , breakfast delicious. Clean!

Brussels-La Demence
The hotel staff was extremely kind and accommodating! I checked in for only 1 night for "La Demence." Because I booked on, I did not take advantage of the promotional offer (lower rate) for this attending the event and the front desk was beyond kind to allow me a late check-out of 3pm. I will be forever grateful to that sweet young lady.

Good 6.0
Nothing was very over rated. We even found towels laid out under the sheets. Weird! The front staff seemed nice (excluding the concierge). Felt more like 2 or 3 star. Disappointed

Fair 4.0
Waste of money
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s outdated, dirty and by no means a 4-5 star hotel. Everything is old, rusty and dirty. Shower has shower curtains with mold. Bar overpriced for poor service. Bartender bega for cash tips because he is “taxed” for tips... just bizzare.

Breathtaking Brussels
As a first-time visitor to Brussels, I chose Hotel Warwick solely based on the fact that it was within walking distance of the Gare Central and because my friend’s last name is Warwick. We really appreciated being upgraded (Merci Laurence!) to a suite as we were celebrating our birthdays, so from the Reception staff, to Marc at Concierge and our Housekeeper Rosamine, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was absolutely perfect to take in the holiday splendor of the Grand Place as well as varied choices in restaurants.
