    Nice place.

    The only issue we had was showing up for check in at 5:30 and the room not being ready. We had an event at 7:00, and really had to rush to get ready. The people were super friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

    Lack of towels and cleaning staff. Requested bathroom cleaning Friday for Saturday. Done on Sunday but toilet not cleaned and personal washcloths (6) taken as well as 3 personal pillows ( smaller than bed size pillows). Recovered pillows within 24 hours. Staff friendly, food good. Facility clean. Did not use pool or exercise room.

    My wife and i was very upset when we stayed here. There was only hotel THIS HOTEL was the only hotel on your website that had a hot tub and when we arrived it was closed due to COVID. No where on the site says the Hot tub was closed but it showed that the work out area was closed and the hot yub was.supposed to be open. it was not. NEXT i have a picture of the night stands next to where my children slept where it has a layer of dust and i wrote it out in the dust. TO TOP IT ALL OFF we brought some snacks, food, and drinks into our room and the next day there are ants all over our stuff. Absolutely worst experience ever and ill be writing a public review as well. We left and wont ever be coming back.

    The older gentleman in front of kitchen was horrible, rude and not the least bit helpful, rest of staff was great. The property has went downhill quite a bit over the past few years, rooms weren't good like they use to be, mattresses worn out, sofa mattress was complete garbage, toilet wouldn't flush correctly and dry wall messed up throughout. Most likely wont return if i had to pay to visit

    Great service can’t overcome lack of maintenance

    The check in service and bar service were terrific. The hotel staff was both efficient and friendly. However, there was mold and mildew in the bathroom which triggered asthma problems and ruined the stay.
