where is the bed?
Arrived near 11 PM after 30 hours of travel and it took 1.5 hours to deliver a mattress slab for our triple room. Plus several phone calls to remind them. There were only 2 bath towels even though we had a room for three. I had booked the room for three months ago and there is a premium charge.

Good hotel not my first time to stay in it. It seems that the rooms are not consistent in their quality even of the same category (queen superior room). We arrived very early in the day, flight from Toronto landed at 6am, so we were at the hotel at 9am, it was not easy to get a room that early, we needed it t get some rest after the 11hrs flight. The hotel crew was able to fin a room for us by 10:30 am.

Worst stay ever
Booked for two nights, got 4 calls and one took visit to check me out although I have a reservation for the second night. Room service takes ages to answer the phone. Buttons for turning on off lights not working had to disconnect the lamps.

Outdated by many years.
The hotel appears to be old worn and torn. Carpets in the room. It may have been a beautiful once but now it really looks outdated and not really worth its price. Its location is not very good for anything except airport transfer. However some of the staff made the stay more memorable with their smiles and happiness.

It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. The first room given to us was on the 2nd floor and it was absolutely disgusting. There were white stains on and around the bed and lamp stand, the lamp head was out of place, the floors were so dirty you couldn’t walk without shoes, and the room was very hot and dusty you needed a mask to breathe safely. We complained and they said they’d give us a better room. After an hour of waiting we were extremely fed up and spoke to them again. They weren’t taking us seriously until we showed photos and spoke with them a THIRD time (extremely upset), at which point they gave us a new room within 5 minutes. The new room was cleaner but still had little spots and stains but we just wanted a room. They said they’d send bellhop to get our bags but after 10 minutes of waiting I went and got the bags myself. The hotel is generally run down and in dire need of renovation. Customer relations would call us every other day to make sure we weren’t having other issues and sent us a fruit basket, which was nice. We did have other issues though, I had to go to concierge every day 4-5 times to reprogram my card because the door wouldn’t unlock. We eventually ended our stay and went to a different hotel.
