Worth staying! Comfortable stay near union square
Really Comfortable stay. Room is cosy and clean even though the hotel is not new. Only drawback is no breakfast provided. Although there are many great breakfast places around.

Ok stay.
It was nice. No AC was bad since it was a hot night. Also, the area in under construction. Loud noise. Many homeless around. Some aggressive

Great price, location
Simple, no-frills, super clean, modern, friendly. Great value for the price. Our second time staying, and we will continue to stay here for the great price and central location. Would be nice if there were vending machines or snacks available in the bar- the convenience store is very close but kinda sketchy, I'd rather not have to leave the hotel for late night snax.

Tiny space, but comfortable
The hotel is nice enough, good area to stay in, but there are a few major problems. First, the elevator. There is one slow elevator in the building that fits 4 people, unless there is luggage, then 2. The housekeeping staff use that elevator during the day, and its hard to get up and down. There is a winding staircase with steps that are borderline dangerous. Then the rooms, they are TINY. Just enough for a bed and two night stands, though they do try to squeeze a desk in there. Beds are comfortable but the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything going on outside.

Just OK
Great service. Welcomed back each time when returning. They held our luggage for the last day so that we could finish our meetings in the city. Unfortunately, the room is warm, even with the windows open with the cool weather. No air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan. At $225/night, I'd like to have some air conditioning. Having the windows open means that you hear all of the street and alley noises echoing throughout the cement canyons ALL night long. Really small bathroom. Fairly comfortable bed. Nice television.
