El servicio no fue muy bueno
Beautiful small beach, but the food in the restaurant “La vela” left much to be desired.
Tuvimos una excelente estancia, es muy tranquilo. La playa es muy tranquila y súper limpia.
This is an old hotel, rooms are spacious, and if you get an ocean view, the view is amazing, unfortunately the eating options is very limited, and theres is absolutely no recognition of Expedia gold status. There is nothing around the hotel, you will need to drive or take taxi to go anywhere
I like that the beach is enclosed, the staff is very friendly, the food at the restaurant is good and the pools are nice. The place is getting old though, it needs repairs. The pool upstairs needs a cover in the middle, it could be dangerous for kids.
I AM sure that it was a pretty good place many years ago, but now it is getting a little old, Camino Real must be renovated...
Hotel was ok but we would smell a dirty drain small that woke us up as night and we also noticed during the day. Hotel needed some repairs. It had cracks in the ceiling, missing tiles in the pool, clogged drains in the sink and tub and the tub, had not been really cleaned in a while. Nothing major but lots of little things. Tub faucet also didn’t stay where it was left so we either had hot or freezing water. None of the ice machines we found were working and when our car broke down, none of the staff we asked could recommend or help us find a mechanic. The kids club lacked activities and smelled. Wish also the rooms had refrigerators and the property was difficulty to access. Many staff members were nice and we really enjoyed the private beach. The grounds were beautiful and had lovely views. Rooms were very big and spacious.
Excellent
Camino Real is a prestigious chain of hotels in Mexico, the one in Acapulco saw better days. The rooms are a bit outdated and the AC wasn´t working well when we first took the room HOWEVER, the kids had a blast in the pool, the personnel was helpful and kind at the valet parking, the front desk, at the towels by the pool, etc. and we had a gorgeous view from our balcony.
Excellent customer service, friendly staff and beautiful views. Property is nice, beach is beautiful with calm water. Both restaurants within property offer great food. Very private.
