Great english speaking staff. Breakfast doesn't contain warm meals, only cold foods. Rooms are big and equipped with electric kettle, hair dryer, ironer. Rooms are quote big and clean. Hotel is on the border of the city, so not much traffic, but no public transport near.

Was a good location, easy to reach Bordeaux with the car and also a strategic point for all the wine regions. I felt like they were understaff, at the check in was only one lady trying to take the phone calls, do the check in, and the concierge. Also for breakfast was only one lady doing the service, one morning at 10:00 the buffet was nearly empty. I cannot fault the workers but the management can do better. Overall a good value for money.

Lovely new hotel with comfy beds and pillows, good room lighting, great shower, adequate breakfast. Staff members were friendly, friendly, and helpful. Location is rather remote and unattractive, but once in the room that doesn't really matter.
