Great Hotel needing a few attentions to detail
Location is not correct- it’s Marylebone, not Oxford Circus. Room - beds and bathroom excellent. Air con was , I suspect , pre set. Asked Reception to increase temperature- no dice. TV was blocking. Advised Reception, but only partially improved. Staff wonderful, Breakfast fantastic. We would stay again as the main factors are a very high standard Value for money. Well, ok👍.

Dirty and falling apart
This hotel is unkept. Everything felt dirty and old. The room seemed like it was falling apart. Paint peeling and torn carpet. The mattress was on top of some sort of frame that didn’t even fit the size of the bed. We found poop covered wads of toilet paper under the toilet paper holder flap. Clearly the cleaning staff isn’t doing their job very well. The room also had a very old and musty smell. We canceled our reservation for this hotel on the back end of our stay because we just couldn’t stay here again. The price is way too high for what you get here.

Good for location only.
Pros - great location and close for walking to shopping, food and underground. Also enjoyed their English breakfast as it was the only hotel in my trip that offered non pork (chicken and vegan) sausages. Cons - not comparable to quality and comfort of any other Holiday Inn I have stayed at. Bed mattress was hard and pillows were all flat and hard.

Horrible Experience.
The staff at the hotel is extremely rude and disrespectful. One of the managerial staff at the restaurant kept arguing without reason publicly. I have never experienced such a behavior from a hotel staff. The action of the management seemed cosmetic. There is no coordination between teams. Also we booked a family room where the air conditioning was not working and no one bothered to tell us. This hotel is definitely not the right place to stay in. Guys even if you have to spend little bit more money do try other hotels.
