4/10 Fair

Never going back.
I checked in very late. I couldn't hear the gentleman through all the plastic shields that are up and he would not speak up. I stuck my head under to hear him. When I got to the room it appeared to be locked from the inside. I had to go back to the office and get him to come try the door for me. He gave it a good shove and it came open. It would not lock at all from the inside but I didn't want to go back down to the lobby. The room smelled horrible. I checked closets and everything for the source of the smell and couldn't find it. Eventually I just put some essential oil under my nose and slept. Nobody cared about my comments when I went downstairs to check out. I left as quickly as possible.

Wasn't happy with the customer service at the front desk. The man was very unprofessional who was at the front desk. They need professional staff not part time students working for some extra cash.

We stayed overnight. First room had a smoke odor so the desk manager immediately changed our room . Had a safe night’s sleep in a very clean room.

Very clean hotel. Check in very easy. The lady at the counter was super nice, we arrived a little early and she let us make the check in. The breakfast is excellent.

The lady at check in was very nice ! But the room 😢 I wasn’t expecting much, but they could keep it clean ! ( picture ) I got out of the shower and walked to the sink & the bed Washed my feet at the bad again before put in my shoes ! Also do not get put on the back side Freight terminal next to the hotel, every truck has a back up beeper ! Beep, beep, beep all night ! I had a 6am flight only 1 1/2 mile to parking Please just mop the floors with clean mop and clean water
