The staff were always helpful to assist with anything needed. Friendly people & convenient location makes Mercure in Trier a great place to stay when visiting. Make sure you stay for at least 2-3 days, as there is a lot to see and it requires several days to take it all in.

The hotel was in a great location, with an easy walk everywhere. Did not need the hop on hop off bus or tram as we could walk to all of their stops. We had a minor problem with heating in our corner room, but the hotel was very accomodating and moved us to an equally nice room. The staff was excellant.
