I checked out a few hours after arriving: dirty room, part of cabinet in bathroom fell on me, tv didn't work, no microwave, etc.

When I arrived with confirmation in hand, they had no room for me. the notice from Expedia saying that no further confirmation was necessary was clearly incorrect.

Took reservation, but didn't hold reservation
When I went to check-in they claimed that my reservation was cancelled the night before at 10PM. This was not true, so I had no room as they were full. I will not book there again.

Economical hotel by Verizon Amphitheater Alphretta
The hotel is economical and close to Amphitheater in Alphretta. The rooms were decent,clean yet modest. The staff was very accomodating.

The air quality is poor in the room and there are no microwaves in room. No extra blankets or pillows are provided. The sitting area has stains everywhere but if you want a place cheap with no thrills this is hotel for you

Old, dirty very dated
It was awful. I wish I hadn't paid in advance for two nights. The room was nasty, the carpet was dirty and damp. The furniture looked like it came from the Goodwill.

Reservation does not mean "Reservation"
I was told that I did not have a room when I arrived. Employees outside the hotel said they were all booked up. When I told them I had reserved a room, I was told: "we are first come first serve." Had to scramble to find another hotel.
