The location is close to a few malls and the tram station. The property is new and a nice view. However the service of the management is horrible. We arrived to the property and had to ask security to call the manament people. Then we had to wait a long time a considerable amount of time for someone to just hand over the keys and that was it. Noone to show is around or anything. The flat was nice but dishes were not clean. Wifi only works in one corner of the living room.
As soon as we had gotten into the flat the management people and landlord started texting that they wanted to collect the money for the stay. To our surprise they only accept cash, which was difficult to withdraw all at once.
But the most disapointing aspect was the checkout. Our flight was in the evening and we asked to keep our luggage at their office. The answer was simply "we cant help woth that, leave the keys in the mailbox by no later than noon". If there is no space to leave luggage they could at least recommend or try to help. Overall we did not feel welcome at all and felt they just cared about collecting money.
