Buyer be ware
Dont let the nice pictures fool you. This hotel is aweful. Carpet was filthy, hair in shower, no towels, well a washcloth but that was it. Had two large beds, one looked scetchy the other tolerable. Coffee, creamer and cups for coffee but no coffee maker. If it was not so late we would have left. Exterior looked like the projects on the southside of Chicago.

DO NOT STAY HERE! You will regret it!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If I could give this hotel NEGATIVE stars I would!! This page limits content so please see my full review on Yelp. 1) there are no lobby bathrooms. The closest ones are on the 2nd floor & the men's bathroom is padlocked closed. Everyone has to use the women's bathroom but it doesn't have a lock on the door, the sink in the handicapped bathroom doesn't work, & the main sink doesn't have soap or paper towels. 2) while using that bathroom, two "ladies of the night" came in. They sat on the counter & discussed their “customers” & schedule in that hotel. UGH!!! 3) the 1st room assigned had a broken security lock, bathroom door wouldn't shut, bed looked like it had been slept in, light switches don't work so you have to plug/unplug lights to turn them on/off, couch had poop looking stains, & the bathroom was very unsanitary!!! 4) the 2nd room wasn’t much better. The bed was hard as a rock, there are no fire alarms, the refrigerator didn't work, but hey at least the door locks. 5) 3rd room was better BUT…there was “drug” paraphernalia in one of the drawers, housekeeping left a bundled up set of used sheets under the sink, & there were lots of holes in the walls, & it was supposedly a “Presidential” suite. 6) breakfast was INEDIBLE & consisted of only 2 types of cereal, unrefrigerated milk & OJ, dried bagels, and plasticky gross eggs. NOTHING ELSE & NO CONDIMENTS AT ALL! 7) tried to complain but managers & staff don’t care!!

Do not stay here!!! It was a horrible experience!!
Our experience with our first stay here was very pleasant, but this time it was far from that. It was horrible! As soon as we walked in we witnessed a married couple complaining of how dirty their room was, it’s as if it wasn’t cleaned from the previous people who stayed so they asked for another room. We walked up we got our keys and weren’t told where to go. The entire place smelled horrible, people were smoking weed at the pool, teenagers running in the hallways. Our room smelled of pure smoke even though it was supposedly a non smoking room. My partner and I have chronic asthma so this is a big problem for us. The bathroom was moldy and there was only one single towel. We requested for more and we were told to get it from the lobby ourselves, we were only handed one more. The remote control didn’t work , We brought our own bed sheets, pillows, and covers because I read online that they don’t provide more. So on the morning of our checkout I was accused of stealing their stuff by this guy who said his name was Francis, who knows if that’s true. Everything was checked over and they realized they made a mistake, all I got was a meaningless sorry. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone whatsoever
