The room we checked into had a broken door lock. Easy for somebody to break in. Took us 45 minutes to get a new room. Made us late for an event.

- After a day of rain there was leaks inside the room. I reported it and nobody came to clean. - Not disability friendly: you have to go through several flights of stairs to get to the rooms or to the restaurant. - The restaurant has poor ventilation: after breakfast my clothing would be smelly (oil, lard, etc) for several hours. I ended up wearing a special shirt just for breakfast and changing afterwards. - Electronic door handle was out of battery when I arrived. I had to wait for about 30 minutes outside of the room until an employee managed to open the door with a hand made wire hook and was able to replace the batteries. - hallways don't have carpet or any kind of sound proofing. You can hear everything that happens on the hallway from the bed. Earplugs required. Overall I'm not sure I would stay again in this hotel.

All good but the toilet...
The restaurants, breakfast and bar makes this site a plus. The restroom, particularly the toilet in my room was of such a bad quality, although new, but it was a shame of a modern toilet. This is what happens when you substitute standard, good toilets for this type of unnamed brand: the seat was of such a weak plastic that it deforms and one feels being pulled down the toilet, the flush..., well you better wait with the lever all the way down or your "stuff" will not go down. Apart from the very bad and poor toilet (request a room with a brand name toilet!) the rest was great. As I said, the restaurants deserve the stay, although the toilet is a big piece of cheap, poorly design, piece of junk that deserves to be sent to the garbage immediately. I can't believe that such companies, as the one that makes the toilet I suffered, still exist and that they sell to hotel chains the poor bad products they make.
