We had a horrible experience with your site. When we arrived at the hotel they didn’t have our Rea. I called hotels.con and was placed on hold for a long time and transferred to different people. After an hour we finally were able to check in However, we asked to speak to one of your supervisors and the customer service rep said one would call us before end of day but no one ever did. If we can’t get our entire night stay comped by hotels.con it is highly unlikely that we will ever use your site to book again. It was not a good experience to travel so far and not be able to relax when we arrived at hotel. I’m still waiting on a supervisor to call me.

Beautiful property w/high end finishes. Great location just off the square, perfect for doing lots of site seeing sadly amenities were all unavailable due to covid. Pool closed. Restaurant closed. no breakfast Bathroom barn door Is a bit awkward as it doesn’t fully close and provides a lack of noise privacy. We also wish there were a fan to generate white noise to offer more privacy overall Hotel was great, staff was professional, noise level was relatively small and I’d stay there again

The Santa Fe Hilton has historical status, but the interior needs to be updated. The bedding and furniture is not very comfortable. I'm sure due to covid is the reason, but there was not even coffee being served in the morning. They handed me a paper bag with coffee to put in a single use machine in my room. Fortunately Starbucks is jist 2 blocks up from there.

This is a lovely property in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants, the plaza & the Basilica. Our only complaint is that cleaning the rooms is done every 4 days unless requested! This was never told to us when we checked in and is not typical of hotels. This should be made clear upon check in as well as a placard in the room. Communication is very important.
