Room was clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. Overall solid just not exceptional. Stay there again? Only if attending a conference at the convention center.

Originally booked the room with the Murphy bed. It was on the ground. And very uncomfortable. Thankfully the front desk was able to change my room. Great view and close to everything

They would not give me Hilton Honors points because I booked with Hotels.com. That is not acceptable. The security staff were wonderful and helpful. Others not willing to go beyond the book.
