It’s a nice place in a nice area. It’s close to the subway, JR loop line and a shopping mall. A few little details would make it a great place to stay in. Maybe a towel rack, a vacuum if you are staying for a while to keep the place tidy, dish soap and a sponge to do dishes, just little details that would improve your experience while staying there. Other than that, it’s a good Accomodation and I definitely recommend it.

The condo was located in a quiet area a short (~6min) walk away from the nearest stations Dome-mae/Dome-mae Chiyozaki, with easy access to Namba and Shinsaibashi. I called Krehl preemptively for self check-in instructions (late check-in) and they sent me the info via Expedia messaging. There was no staff when we arrived but we had no problems entering. The inside of the condo was clean and spacious, bigger than that I'm used to from a Japanese hotel. The only small complaints were an occasional strange smell from the washing machine pipes, and no hand soap (bring or buy your own). But these weren't a big problem. Also, note that there's no housekeeping. It's overall a very hands-off experience which may not fit some travelers. But we perfectly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

This property is understated and simple but serves its purpose perfectly. Having a whole kitchenette, separate shower room and toilet, and that added bit of space made all the difference. It is well located, only a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori, but far enough away from the busy street so that it is perfectly quiet. The facilities and property were clean and well kept, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly, however, they did not email me through the check-in details before check-in began, and I had to contact them myself to ask for it. My only real qualms with the property are that the bed linen was very thin and slipped off very easily, and there was no hand soap. Other than that, it was perfect.
