Hotel was a great disappointment.
Checking in experience was poor.Male receptionist was rude and gave us a room facing a noisy mosque when I requested for a quiet room.The room was next to another room with noisy children and it was not clean too.I had to go down to request for a change of room,after I checked that room given was filthy too.Place was too crowded and dirty.Breakfast was overly crowded.Service was poor.I would never choose this place ever again,althoigh the location along Batu Ferringhi was good.

Perfect for a family holiday! It had beach, pool activities, daily activities, adventure zone was great. The hotel allocated an connecting room for our family so it was more spacious. Hotel is old but very well maintained. Staff is great. Breakfast buffet had a very good spread.
