Not a great stay in the heart of Penang.
The hotel is run-down with lifts not working properly. The hotel serves expired yoghurt at breakfast buffet and Club lounge access is terrible and not worth the upgrade. Front office also had issues with final bill payment and tried to charge me DOUBLE for an upgrade that was pre-confirmed - there was no apology from the hotel for this. It was rather ridiculous to be honest.
