Weekend Getaway
The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was good however the parking was horrible. Due to valet being closed it was self-park and the parking was very minimum, so finding a parking space was almost next to impossible. Guest were creating spaces which made it impossible to exit the garage. Pay attention to your statement because I received an additional charge for $284.11 (which is odd) and when I contacted guest service prior to leaving I was advised they had no idea why I was charged the $284.11 however I could call back on Wednesday.

wonderful
Had a wonderful pleasant stay at your hotel. The view of the lake and city was amazing! I will be back to visit again and will definitely recommend Swissotel to family and friends.

Good 6.0
Check in there were no issues. Upgraded for only 50 dollars a night. When we got to upgraded room air conditioning Wasn’t working maintenance came up said someone would be back at 10am the next day I had to call down again to complain about the air not working then someone came up at 1pm. I understand they aren’t cleaning rooms because of Covid 19 but my wife and I went to the front desk to ask for coffee and condiments for the morning the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes as she turned to go get the coffee. I don’t understand why she had to give such an attitude. Either way the views from the room were amazing but the customer service is horrible for what you pay.

Fair 4.0
Any company that upsets my wife by their aggressive manner will get a negative review. We were not in our room for 5 minutes before a hotel worker knocked on our door and then let himself in. This was not appreciated. My wife asked for a different coffee maker in the room because ours didn’t work. The hotel “manager “ was dismissive and aggressive to my wife. (Over a coffee maker?) we will not stay at this hotel again!!

Poor 2.0
Terrible experience for such a Expensive stay
Bathroom counter was dirty and there were no towels in the bathroom. Also, from the parking garage to the units all you smelled was Marijuana. The parking garage entrance and exit gates were not functioning causing me to wait up to 30min to get in and out each time.
James, us2 night trip
Good 6.0
It was a very nice hotel but there was a lot of loitering and parties. There was also shooting outside and so many people gathered that it was an unsafe environment

I’m assuming, that based on the price deal...2 nights for the price of one...attracted a very young crowd. A few of which did not know how to conduct themselves in a nice hotel. Otherwise a good long weekend in Chicago.
