The costumer services is horrible and the pool had mold we called for them to clean it and they left it the same, they only put water from a hose, the horrible check out incomprehensible because I had my girl sick from the night before with a fever and we asked them for 1 hour more to leave and they took us out practically running, they need to improve their costumer services

Overall, I was pretty pleased. Had a few issues with our cottage but the staff was quick in response. The property was gorgeous and the 4 bedrooms/5bathrooms was ideal space for my family of 9. The private pool was the perfect final touch. Would definitely recommend.
