Unpleasant
It wasn’t the most pleasant experience. There was a very long valet parking line and an even longer check-in line. We attempted to get our digital keys to skip the front desk check-in, and were initially unsuccessful as we were told we would still need to provide ID in order for digital keys to be released. There also was not room service available. This isn’t the first time we have stayed at the Amway Grand Plaza and this was definitely the worst stay we have had.

Hilton Grand Rapids Sucks
We arrived on time for check out waited in line over an hour to check into our room to be told our room wasn’t available they would call us IF it became available unless we wanted to except a room down grade. We had a 7p concert the reason for our stay by this time we were unable to eat dinner we had to rush to the arena. This was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had with a hotel I would never recommend this so called upscale hotel to anyone. Staff was very rude such as a take what we offer of leave attitude. But naturally bill my card.
