Last minutes stay for my family of 3. Beds were very hard, shower was also a bit hard to use. Definitely needs a bit of an upgrade.

The stay was amazing - thankfully came during week it was pretty quite the first few nights. The last min there was more people coming and going throughout all hours of night. Made it hard to sleep My only complaint was there wasn’t chair or seating beside a desk chair And my the shower was incredibly small. I’ felt croweded in there and I’m small. My husband is 6’4 and barley fit in there. Other then that the bed was comfy the staff was great. Loved it

Never having stayed at a hotel in Lake Tahoe, I did a lot of research prior to booking and options were a bit more limited since we have dogs. I was a bit apprehensive booking this place based on the reviews but was pleasently surprised. Plus, you can book through hotels.com - don't have to call the hotel directly. Rooms were modern and clean, although with two queens a bit tight. Some reviews claim the beds are "rock hard" and they are firm. I prefer firm beds so if that's an issue for you, you may want to ask if they have a less firm option. The bathroom was also clean with a nice shower (who needs a bath?) and modern sink, lighting, etc. Nice towels. I did experience an issue with the hot water going out while in the shower - someone else running hot water or something - but wasn't that bad and just lasted a minute. Not uncommon for older places with older plumbing but probably should be addressed at some point. We didn't have much interaction with staff other than check-in which fortunately was quick & easy. We didn't have to wait to check-in or out. They had some sort of sack breakfast option or something but didn't check that out. The neighbors left their TV on all night and we could hear it at 3am but not loud enough to keep us up, fortunately. So walls are a bit thin but again, not uncommon for older hotels (and I suspect most hotels in the area have this issue). Great BBQ place next door as well! And it's close to the gondola, casinos (NV), etc.

The service was OK, front deck girl didn’t seem to happy witch is kinda a buzzkill, the parking was terrible not enough spaces and super cramped. I had to park in a 2 hour only zone and hope that I didn’t get towed. I’m 5’8 140lbs and I barely fit in the shower. Wouldn’t recommend this place

The room was super small. Carpet was ripped. The room had no air circulation very stuffy and the heater and air-conditioning did not work. There was very little parking. Had to park far away from the hotel on the street. Then when I asked the front desk they had the audacity to tell me to park in a red fire lane.

The main part of the Hotel looks good and the pictures posted online look amazing as well. However, our room was in their Tahoe Blue Building which is located behind the main building that everyone sees from the street and is not what we were expecting for the amount of money we paid for the one night. The building looks like they tried to make it look updated but when you go into the actual building it's very dark and feels creepy. The halls were lined with housekeeping rolling hampers filled with the laundry that needed to be done. With the above being said, we had no issues with the Customer Service other than them not answering the phones but come to find out their phones were down that day. When we expressed our disappointment in our room, they were very quick to remedy the situation.

I would not stay there again even if it was free. One staff member was so freaked out about COVID that when I tried to trade some sealed decaf for regular coffee she would not even take them from me because I had touched them. But she handed the coffee to me and expected me to take what SHE had touched! The hotel does not service the rooms daily, only when requested. Parking was horrible, especially on the crowded weekend. The parking garage stunk terribly like garbage. The hotel was very shabby and dated. I would not recommend Hotel Becket at all.
