Decent rooms, shame about staff
Room wise this is a decent hotel, unfortunately the obnoxious bar staff spoil it - if you value good customer service, avoid this hotel

Good6.0
Good service, lacklustre location & no wifi/parkin
For the price I paid, it was absolutely disappointing that there was no complimentary Wifi or parking. Parking was A$45 a night for even guests! Service was good and efficient though, as was the food and service at Cafe Opera. The hotel, while located in town, was not close to attractions like the WILDLIFE Zoo or the SEA LIFE Aquarium, and even took us a 15-20 minutes walk to Westfield, which was where the Sydney Tower Eye and other shopping were. There were no convenient buses that linked us to that shopping area, or to Central, as well. We were right down the street from the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay though. Overall, appreciated the service, but I would not go back for the location and amenities.

Cannot talk highly enough of the service provided by the a Intercontinental club lounge staff. The best experience from a hotel chain in a very long time.
