Great experience. Brilliant comms before we arrived about shuttle service. Facilities were great- shop, restaurant and parking. I ordered a cot for our baby and it was ready in the room made up- this made our trip so hassle free.

The first part of the day was wonderful Pool bar service was excellent. Then we went to the restaurant for dinner, we were a large group and they neglected to inform us of the billing requirement and getting out bills straight was a PITA then we had scheduled a bus for transport to the cruise ship and they totally hosed that, they ended up breaking us up and putting us in separate smaller vehicles somewhat rather squished

Nice place to stay
Good accomodations. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice pool and hot tub and a pool bar. Restaurant, cafe and a snack place available for nourishment. Check in was slow. Paid extra for a late check out but was locked out of our room prior to paid through time. Had to go down to desk to clear up the issue. Overall, pleasant stay.

The check in was the worst I’ve experienced. Check in line through the lobby. Wait was 35 minutes. There were unused stations for additional clerks, but were empty. Front desk seemed to think that a 40 minute checkin process was acceptable. The length of the line seemed constant even hours after I checked in.
