The tragedy of this place is that it's a nice place, but no-one working there gives a damn. The housekeeping is beyond bad. The floor, bathroom and bed were great - they obliviously only concentrate on that. When I checked in the room had a plastic bag tied over the smoke detector as I guess the precious guest wanted to smoke, and housekeeping just left it there. And I had to go to the aldi opposite and buy stuff, which I then used the scrub the walls for half an hour untl they were clean. There scuffs, celotape marks, handprints, and many liquid spills all over the walls. There were only 2 coathangers as the rest were broken, and not even a mug to make a coffee. So potentially a nice place as the rooms are ok, as is the location. But in reality the laziness of the housekeeping left it utterly filthy.

Yikes! I will start with the place being dirty. We had to go to Aldi across the street to get cleaning supplies so we could make the place comfortable. We found a dirty sock (not ours). The listing isn't truthful as we stayed in the duplex which says 1 king and 1 queen bed. The "queen" was an Ikea fold down couch, very uncomfortable by the way. I would have been ok with this if I purchased the family room which states 1 king and 1 sofa bed. Lastly, this area is extremely noisy with police sirens and party boats. You can't just shut the door because it's terribly hot inside the room. Almost unbearable. The listing also states parking available, but when we arrived and spoke to someone on the phone (no one to greet you by the way) I was told there wasn't any parking. Ok, now the plus, the view off the balcony was nice.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel in Frankfurt. Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and found the hotel to be beautiful and unique. One of our favorite features was our room's loft with the curved staircase, which gave the room a great deal of character and made our stay feel special. Unfortunately, our night's sleep was significantly affected by the condition of the bed. Throughout the night, the mattress noticeably sank and leaned to one side, making it very uncomfortable and resulting in very little sleep. The following morning, we took a closer look and discovered that the bed frame was completely broken. Based on its condition, it appeared that the damage had been present for some time rather than being a new issue. I have attached several photographs that show the condition of the bed for your reference. We wanted to bring this to your attention so the issue can be addressed for future guests.

Close to everything, on the River Main, and Clean

This 2 level room was as pictured, clean and comfortable beds. You just push a button outside to get in and they were there to do that and a person was there to check us out. There was no AC but the window opened to the street and there were no bugs. However, this is not the properties fault but it was a busy night with lots of city noises with police, people yelling about, etc so it is a noisy area with the window open. But close to everything, right off the river Main, spacious, clean and comfortable and a good value for the price.

Dirty, hot and noisy

The best thing about this hotel was the friendly lady on reception when we arrived. I chose this hotel because of its location and parking. Location is good but there was no parking available when we got there (I was unaware of a required reservation) We were lucky and got a park close by. The room was hot and we had to have the windows closed due to the street noise and the overly friendly pigeons. There were two fans - one didn’t work. The shower was nice but I had to use the nozzle to clean off something on the tiles that I didn’t want to look too closely at. We stayed one of our two booked nights and chose to leave … especially when I realized the scuffed walls were dirty with what looked like an old sneeze on part of our wall. This is the first hotel I’ve ever left and obviously I do not recommend it.
