Service is bad
The location was the ONLY thing that worked for us in this hotel. They did not serve breakfast, the room is not clean (check under the bed). the sink was clogged, at one time they gave us small habd towels and no bath towels.

It has everything you need for an affordable price. Comes with room cleans as requested and new towels and water. It has what you need and is right by everything happening in the Myeongdong area. AC unit could be slightly better and the room could be cleaned more deeply. Other than that, it’s fine for the price. As a young girl traveling alone, I felt very safe and content with what I recieved.

This hotel was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at it was so dirty, i stayed for 2 weeks and the cups provided were never washed. Had to ask daily for bath towels only to receive 3 hand towels or 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels everytime. The sheets were stained and even when fresh sheets were put on they looked dirty and had stains on them. The cleaning staff were very lazy and did the bare minimum. The walls were dirty too. The hotel had a list of amenities but when asked for at the front desk was told they do not provide the items listed; like irons for example. The room was extremely small no way was it a double room. Had to climb over the bed because there was no room to walk with my medium suitcase in the room. Leaving the hotel the staff refused to order a taxi for us to go to the airport. I have stayed in much nicer cleaner hotels for a cheaper price.

A simple, no-frills hotel. Beds were comfortable and daily room service was prompt. Morning breakfast was provided as well. Highly recommended for families travelling on a modest budget.

Pair of slippers ovviously used many times have been set in a room. TV wasn't working so I had to go to front and ask to re-set up 2 times. I had to go to front and ask to recover the power back in my room as Power gone easily 3 times while I stayed. Room was too cigarette smell even room sign said "non smoking" I never had a good sleep as emergency light was too bright. Receptionist was sleeping in a sofa visible in the morning so I carefully walked not wake them up. Receptionists helped me. But so many things happened to me so I only remember negative points.

The location is near to train station exit, walkable distance. Although the hotel is newly open, the mattress condition was bad. When we sleep on it, we can feel that the spring had spoiled already. Low quality mattress was used.
