We had an issue with the room and Tim at the front desk was excellent! He moved us and we saw someone in the hall heading there to fix the issue right away. He was super pleasant about it and was great. Thank you!

OK for one night
Staff all helpful and courteous, and the restaurant is a decent standard, but the fabric of the hotel is dated - our room was clean but shabby with peeling wallpaper, wrinkled carpet, and a musty smell. The soundproofing with the room above was poor. Convenient location with parking, but would not want to stay more than one night.

Dated Hotel with Many Amenities Broken
We knew what we were getting an older hotel when we booked, what we got was a place that has so much potential that it almost seems like a lack of care from ownership and management. First and foremost let me say the customer service was top notch, and very informative. Unfortunately that is where the enjoyment of our stay fell short. 1. The hotel is old, feels old, and has not been updated in what seems to be 15 years. 2. Climate control in the room was loud. 3. Bathroom lacked updated facilities. Tub was small, and not comfortable. 4. The television in the room is old, and lacking an on demand service, or even smart TV functionality which would allow us to connect our own device if we chose to. 5. Sauna was advertised on hotel website, and hotels.com App, but was not in service, and seemed to be defunct for some time. 6. Pool was advertised as adults only from 10-11pm. When we arrived at the pool it was full of children which was quite disappointing to us. 7. Door locks use old keycard technology, and worked about 35% of the times we used them. Overall, we would choose another hotel next time for this kind of trip. Given this Hotel's GREAT location it is disappointing to see it with lack of amenities, and features that nearby competition offers.

Not bad but could be better
The hotel was fine but TV channels were limited and didn’t work well during rain storm ( assuming it’s satellite?) and parking garage was very tight when driving a truck, first level was full and my Ram 1500 wouldn’t fit on the second level so I had to improvise and it was unnecessarily stressful. It might be a good idea to reserve a few spaces on the first level or outside parking area for taller vehicles.
