Terrible Tasteless Food and Cold Rooms!
It was a terrible experience! We had to leave the hotel 1 day early. There is no minibar(An empty minibar awaits you in the room and they say they won't refill it) in the room and the hotel food is so TERRIBLE TASTELESS that we were hungry for 2 days. We decided to eat from the last children's menu. I really wanted to leave a good comment here, but that is not possible. On Valentine's day the reception told us there was a special menu and we ordered a few dishes. After waiting 50 minutes they stated that this menu is not available for room service. It was like a big joke, you think your food is cooking for 50 minutes but no one cares. The funniest thing is that if you want to order something to your room, you have to pay an extra 25-30 GEL service fee. I'm not interested in money, but you can reflect this price on the room charges, such small accounts are really nauseous. In addition, the rooms are not warm enough, despite contacting the reception 2 times, it was cold during our stay in the room. We were really cold. I guess they are trying to save money)
