Our room was behind two elavator shafts. Had to listen to the elavators going up and down day and night. Very annoying . Asked desk clerk to move us to another room and said see what they could do. Never heard another word from them. Never again for hampton inn. Expected more .

Everything seemed nice and clean upon arrival but when it was time to lay down .. we noticed there was so much hair stuck in the comforter on both beds. I pulled maybe 5 strands of blonde hair from just one section of the comforter. Disgusting. Also the toilet paper could be better. Felt like I was wiping with a sheet of paper

This Hampton Inn is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we never walked in or out without being acknowledged. Very clean and comfortable room.
