Very disappointed with the Accra luxury apartments
First of all, we have no idea who we rented the hotel room from when we spoke to the people at the at the front dish they told us that we didn’t rent from them. We rented from a group that sublist the space from the Accra luxury gardens. room service cleaning the room was terrible 10 days in the room only clean three times not enough towels. No wash clothes with you. Go to the store and purchase wash clothes. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We had to wait for about two hours a lot of times it was the shower the water was cold. It was a terrible experience the worst I’ve ever had.

Expedia states check in at 1 we got here at around 230pm. We weren’t able to check into our room until nearly 5pm because it wasn’t ready. No soap no water, the hotel shuttle listed on Expedia is only for pick up not drop off at the airport. They say 24 hours between stays for sanitation that’s a lie. The pool bar was out of everything and the things we did order, chicken wings took over an hour. We ended up leaving without food. Nice property but ZERO stars do not recommend

Upon arrival I want told that my reservation has been cancelled at the last minute. The receptionist tried to reach the property owner and was unable to. She also said she would try to find me another unit. She left me sitting in the lobby with my luggage for a long time and didn’t return with an update so I just left to find another place on my own. I was told via the expedia app from the property owner that I would receive a full refund. When expedia reached out tonthe owner they denied the refund request. It was alot if back and forth between me, expedia and the property before I received my refund a month later. The property tried to keep my money and I didn’t even get a chance to stay there because they cancelled my reservation. That is poor business.
