Such an incredible stay. Check-in was quick and easy, received early check-in by 1pm without requesting it, location in the Boca Chica building overlooking the pool was amazing. Rooms have been impeccably renovated since our last stay. Nothing was overlooked in the redesign of the rooms. Cannot wait to return!

The resort itself is stunning—elegant Victorian architecture, immaculate grounds, and beautiful views that make you feel like you’ve stepped into something special. Staying at the Grand Floridian is a decadent as you hope it will be. I highly recommend getting a room on the club level. The extra snacks and drinks help to make the most of your downtime.

Pros: - The hotel itself is beautiful! So happy to be able to stay here -We had good French onion soup at the main building restaurant -The pool area is open late, we used every night. Cons: -The room service French fries we counted 18 fries on the plate, not a good deal for 18 fries… -The hot tub jets aren’t real jets and splash in your eyes -We don’t carry cash, and when we got room service like towels brought or something to the room we couldn’t tip since there was no service receipt where we could charge it to the room

We had to change rooms because we were given a handicap room and it was at the end of a busy sidewalk. Everyone coming out of the main building walked up to our first floor balcony and looked into our room. We could t open our curtains. They moved us the next day and the room was great.
