Very comfortable room and very clean. Services were nonexistent (Covid related). Staff was hit or miss. Dealt with three members one was very nice the others need to find other work.
It was okay for the price. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. The hotel location is great and close to everything. The only issue was mold in the shower, in between tiles and in the track of the shower sliding doors. The coffee maker was broken and had paint spray all over. It looks as if when they repainted they did not cover the coffee maker.
You're definitely paying for the location over the quality of the hotel. If you're basing it off of just the hotel, it is too over-priced, but the location is excellent and it somewhat justified the cost. The customer service was also excellent, everyone was very nice and informative.
Great location for exploring the historic district.
We had a wonderful time in Savannah, the staff at the Hotel Indigo were wonderful, the rooms were very spacious, but the rooms needed more cleaning then what is being done, the sink in our room was not clean at all and stains all around vanity mirror, It just need some TLC to bring up to a good level.
Hotel is great and I’ll stay again next time. Be advised the pet free is $125 a dog though. I’m not sure if that’s the entire stay or a night because my stay was for one night.
The hotel is in a prime location for bars and restaurants nearby. Not to mention only a few blocks from the riverside. However, the rooms had an issue with cleanliness. Both my room and our friends room had odd stains on the furniture and steaks on the TVs from some cleaner that wasn’t wiped properly. The windows were also extremely dirty. The beds were comfortable which was good at least. Also, this is another hotel where we had ‘market charges’ added to our room for no reason. A pair of $3 charges were added to our room when we did not use or buy anything from the market. I’ve run into this before where staff will just pick a random room and charge stuff to it in the hopes you won’t complain. When we checked out, there were 7 couples in line with one checkout person when she sprung the charges on me. So the anxiety of having people waiting on you to checkout and the small amount of charges makes you more inclined to just leave. As I said, it’s happened before at a hotel I’ve stayed at and it’s not a huge deal, but it is annoying to be charged something to your room that isn’t yours.
Very pet friendly. Nice size rooms, gorgeous view, parking deck behind the location. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Couple of not so lovely things: bathrooms were small. Either close the door while you're standing or leave it open as you sit, can't do both. Only one elevator was working on the B side. Staying on the top floor means a long wait time for the elevator. Didn't get to check out the bar but from the outside looking in it looked quite nice
Long story short we had to waitnin line allost an hour to get checked in, then the hotel worker at the desk yold me they could not find my reservation , and told me “oh you used hotel.com , they are awful and your confirmation number from them means nothing”. Afterwords when she finally found my reservation which was by - the - way under a very badly misspelled name, even though on my reservation through hotels.com everything was correct she said she give us a free upgrade. It was exactly what i booked in the first place :(. Nownhere is the really bad part the room did mot look great , kinda dirty after dropping our bags off in the room going to dinner we returned and after about 20 min of laying in bed we started getting bug bites all over our bodies. Also the ac / heat wasnt working . We called the front desk to explain an know one would answer , so then we used our cell phone and a rude lady answered and said “ why didnt you use your room phone . I in turn said because you wouldnt answer the phone !!! We grabbed our bags went down stairs demanded a refund and told them they have a bad health situation there and the rooms need to be treated for beg bugs or whatever is there that we experienced . We bad to drive over 4 hours back home in the middle of the night !!!! Worse experience ever!!!
Great stay. 10/10
