Great hotel, fantastic staff, a little out of town
Stayed here for 4 nights. Quite a way out of town but taxis are very cheap and very helpful. The breakfast is continental but from 6.30 to 12 which is really good and the staff are constantly refilling everything. All the staff here in this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful but even more they all seemed to enjoy their job which came across so well. The beds are extremely comfortable and although this hotel is almost on the flight path, we were never bothered with noise. Rooms quite small but adequate for a short stay. There are no bathtubs - only showers even though the Ibis website and other hotel sites all stated there were rooms with baths. Secure underground car parking at 7.50 Euros a night. We would stay here again.

We love Lisbon.
The hotel and location were great. Service was excellent. Acoustics not so great. Someone in an adjoining room was an active I-phone user and the "pings" of incoming message alerts went on for hours into the night.

Don't stay in the shoulder seasons.
This could have been very good BUT there is no way to control the room temperature. We turned the heating off, left the window open during the day but had two very sleepless nights due to the overheated room. This is 2018. Hotel rooms can have temperature contol12 months of the year. Due to the overhead flight path the window had to be closed for sleeping. We were advised to come back in the cold or winter or the heat of summer in order to have a good room temp and that other guests have noted this problem. Ibis...invest in up to date heating and cooling systems!

Ibis Lisboa, near Sete Rios.
When I had checked in I completed your survey up to that point. The only slightly negative comment I made was that there was no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, unlike an Ibis hotel I’d stayed at in the UK.....however, I want to withdraw that comment, because I then saw a 24 hour menu in the room. It included tea for €1.60, and coffee for even less cost. That’s a bargain! The food on offer was of a good variety, and very good ( not just ‘good’ ) value too. So, in summary, convenient location, pleasant staff, clean, and a comfortable bed.

Not good for money
In General, ibis will take care of her guests well. They will service both hot and cold water in the lobby. However, none was there. You have to ask every time for a cup of water, embarassing!!!
