Our first room was a bit small and not so well appointed but when we commented we were given two other room options and moved to a beautiful room. Mainly service was excellent, a couple of little hiccups with the concierge and one day our room wasn't cleaned and we had to ask for it to be serviced. The breakfast was really excellent, as was the beautiful champagne bar and the spa! All in all a really lovely experience and highly recommended for a luxurious experience in Stockholm.

So beyond wonderful, coming from someone very difficult to please. The staff (especially Hugo!) made our stay incredible. The spa, bar, and both restaurants were all incredible. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to come back during the summer!

Horrible service at the hotel for the second consecutive time. The SPA wasn’t included which wasn’t clear in the booking and noone told us when booking the SPA but later at check out there was a cost added to the bill. We were accused at the reception that we should have known this. It’s not acceptable customer service.
