To start off the young lady named Brandy was very helpful when I called to confirm that I had a room then the day we got there Miss Cynthia another young lady that was there at the front desk she was very pleasant when we left the manager mr. Patel was very friendly so all of this made the stay wanderful for the first time we will be back again

Reasonable and Convenient for BTR Airport
This hotel is a convenient and reasonable place to stay close to the Baton Rouge airport. The service was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the water pressure in the shower was poor.

    Unhappy with breakfast
The breakfast is served in the lobby. There wasn't enough room. There wasn't enough food available.

    Poor 2.0
Horrible and will never use a Days Inn again.
Traveled with my friend to baton rouge for a business event. We got in late Friday night ready to pass out after a day of driving. The sheet on one bed was dirty abd we had to get another one from the front desk. That's literally all she offered, was to give us a clean sheet. Exhausted and tired we changed that sheet and passed out in our beds. The next morning as we got ready to use the bathroom for showers, a closer look revealed that the shower was NASTY. Soap scum and hairs. And there was a dirty ring in the bottom of the toilet!!! After telling the manager, and him acting as if we have nothing better to do than make up stuff, finally comes at my urging, to the room. Promptly making excuses and oh its just dried caulk. No sir, that's DIRT. i asked him to take his finger and scratch it and he did, recoiling when he realized it really was dirt and the shower and probably whole bedroom had not been cleaned after the last use. We switched to a new room after pitching a fit. Breakfast was just as disappointing. Everything looked dried out and old. Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. And it makes me nervous to travel tired because you dont look around as hard when you're exhausted. I tried Days Inn just because it was a good deal on and close to the location of the event we were attending. Neither of us will ever stay at a days inn hotel again. Completely disgusting the beds were rock hard, and lackluster help from the manager/front desk.
