I have stayed at the Best Western Ramkota in Rapid City so many times over the last year 10 years and this was the first time I was not impressed with our over all experience. It wasn’t just one thing in particular. I’m not sure if they are short staffed but the over all cleanliness of this hotel is lacking big time. , the room was okay but definitely needs work, had to ask the front desk for absolutely everything

Crappy service
I booked online and paid online and the guy that checked me in ran my card for a full price room so I paid twice and when I noticed and asked the lady at the counter she was rude and told me there was nothing she could do about it and that I would have to call my bank... not impressed with service. I also asked the front desk for an extra blanket and she told me they do not have extra blankets at all.
