6/10 Good

The hotel is located in an excellent place to visit Universal. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. For an older hotel, the rooms were clean. My only concern was finding a few ants. If was not enough for me to remember to notify the hotel. But I am confident they would have accommodated accordingly.
