Khadija at the front desk was amazing and very understanding, The first room we went to was not vacuumed She came and gave us the keys to our new room ,and helped with late check out and early check in The room was equipped with everything we need and also have microwave, tables to eat or do your work , It need more cleaning . The bad thing was the heat or cooling system, You really can't control the temperature, even you can turn it on or off !!and it's not 100%dark if you like to sleep in darkness. I'm definitely going there next time in Baltimore

Everything was top notch; cleanliness, staff response, breakfast selections, room size, lighting, except for on every important item, the heating unit. The unit was quite loud and continually tried to start for 2-15 seconds and then off for the same time and repeated this until it would eventually stay on or off. The compressor or whatever sounded like a diesel in your room. When it first started I thought if was some equipment outside and we got no sleep that night. Management moved us and the new room seemed improved until the outside temp dropped and the same behavior began. Only by raising the room temp (which was only "warmer/cooler" no actual temperature) did it quiet but still repeatedly tried to start and start. So now the temp was too hot to be comfortable to sleep and my wife got little sleep for the second night. As much as we liked everything else, the main reason for a motel if to provided a place to sleep and if you get no sleep it has failed it's primary purpose. Cannot recommend and would not stay here again due to this one, major issue.
