I’m sure this property is very good. Our travel plans were canceled due to Covid-19. I canceled reservations, something didn’t work right and I was out cost of room for a nights stay. We won’t be using Hotels.com in the future. We

Minnesota Blizzard on Wedding Day
Check-in was fabulous, friendly, helpful! Staff very courteous as usual! Was supposed to be a one-night stay and fly out the next morning, however flight and honeymoon were cancelled due to bad weather and airport flights. Staff at Bloomington Country Inn & Suites was very accommodating and we are able to stay an extra night to at least enjoy Moa. Welcome to a Minnesota wedding and honeymoon in December! But again, staff at this hotel was very fabulous and very friendly and very helpful!

Quick Perfect Evening Stay!
Came as a last minute decision for my daughter's 18th birthday so that she could shop at Mall of America. The location to the mall was perfect (literally right behind it). Convenient of the attached restaurants. The room's were clean, the staff friendly, and the grab/go breakfast was nice considering the COVID situation. Plenty of choices for everyone and they encouraged you to take as much as you wanted or come back for more. My only issue was that after dinner at the attached TGIFridays, going back to our room, the elevator smelled of marijuana. I know that is really not fault of the hotel, because they cannot control what guests do outside of the building, but it would be nice if guests staying at the hotel would be considerate of others that are staying there. I have young children and one of them with asthma. Harsh smells like that trigger an attack. It's not enjoyable. Other than that issue, everything was perfect. Would stay again.

The room was awesome. The lady at check in was extremely polite and helpful. My only complaint would be that the hallway outside my room was not very clean. The housekeeping cart was out there unattended the whole time I stayed. The storage room doors were left open and there were multiple rooms with trash outside them that needed to be picked up. That really had nothing to do with my room itself or the service. But if I had to pick something that could be improved it would be that. Just not a great site walking to and from your room.
