Beautiful and good service but they put me on 6th floor. 7th floor is the bar/pool/restaurant. Really loud noises above in ceiling! Crazy loud. The lobby layout is super confusing. To get to elevators you walk thru middle of restaurant. Dodging waiters with your luggage. Also front door to property is a pain. No one understands the layout.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with a modern, soothing aesthetic. Has two restaurants, a communal terrace, and a rooftop pool, and I enjoyed taking a yoga class. We got a king room that was lovely and had a balcony. Walkable to plenty of food nearby. Staff is nice. The beauty of the hotel (rooms and amenities) is what makes it. Cons: Pool area is small. Service at the pool and restaurants could be a bit better. A bit of a walk to the beach. Balcony faced a parking lot.

Staff was fabulous. Friendly and welcoming. The main floor bar area is beautiful and comfortable. Delicious coffee bar in the morning. Comfortable room. What I didn’t like was the smell of air freshener in the room. The shower sprays water all over the bathroom floor. So slippery and dangerous. Hallways of the hotel are freezing cold.
