Great stay
It was great! Pool wasn't open because of covid but they did offer me a refund before I even checked in. Still stayed because every other pool is also closed at other hotels. Lysa was great at the front desk! Would love to stay there for my daughter's other competitions when the pool opens!

Naw — I’d choose something else next time
Too many people during Covid. All restaurants closed, yet Pool being used for a kids bday party and unavailable to others on Saturday. Large party occurring in a room on our hall. Note in the room about not throwing parties was a dead give away that this type of behavior is common in this hotel, yet no one around to control it. Not a prude, but this hotel was definitely not a luxury hotel. It was a party spot. Staff was fine, but no daily maid service, too few towels, dated. Felt like stepping into an 80s holidome. Lots of other choices nearby — if you want a quiet stay with a room close to your car and service beyond one person behind a desk per 400 guests, pick something else.

Ok stay.
They gave us a poolside room. We didn’t ask for one but didn’t see any big deal. Until we were trying to relax on Friday and Saturday night. We weren’t using the pool and it’s a good thing we hadn’t planned to. There were so many people in it and they were being so loud and obnoxious that it was hard to relax watching a movie after a busy day running around town. Not to mention we passed a lady with a bunch of kids and she was telling them that they just came to swim. Possibly monitor the pool usage more or limit it to just guests and maybe it wouldn’t have been so loud. Also there was a bunch of hair in the drain of the tub from previous guests so when I went to run bath water for my little ones I opted to give them a shower instead. Overall it was an ok stay. The employees at check in were very nice and welcoming.

Bad neighbors
The hotel itself is great! awesome service and nice clean comfy rooms. the neighbors, were the rough part. They were loud, argued all night & was pounding on the walls around 5AM. then again at 9AM they were playing their music so loud everyone on the floor could hear!

Uncomfortable rooms; dangerous, icy parking lot
Terrible stay. First they put us in a room that had not been fully cleaned for COVID. Seal on the door was broken, and the furniture was up on the couch (I guess they were in the middle of cleaning the carpet?). Once that was straightened out, they put is in a "suite" right next to the heavily chlorinated indoor pool that's in the middle of the property. No other windows in the room, and the smell of chlorine permeated the room. Whatever, it was just one night on a long road trip. However, the truly unacceptable thing was that the next morning the parking lot had not been de-iced whatsoever. It was extremely treacherous and my wife actually fell—holding our baby son—and he hit his head on the ice. He ended up being OK, thank God, but it was was a terrifying experience. Avoid this hotel.
