Citizen M is a hassle free fully digital hotel . It also has very modern, white minimalist rooms . They are perfect for a stop over in the city . The cafe downstairs is excellent as well . I would recommend this to couples , business travelers or solo travelers . The hotel is maintained well and still feels new . It is maintained spotlessly. Highly recommend this hotel .

The location of the hotel is excellent, in the center of everything and right on a tram line. My room was small but cozy and very clean, with quirky decor and unusual / fun touches like adjustable mood lighting, free movies, and such dark blinds that I felt like it was 3am all night (might be dangerous if you forget to set your alarm). Breakfast was somewhat basic (probably due to COVID) but good with a nice variety of cold items, and the bar in the evening had good draft beers and a welcoming environment. The front desk staff, breakfast staff, and bar staff were always friendy and helpful. Hand sanitizer was widely available and staff wore masks, with plexiglass barriers installed at each interaction point. Nothing to complain about here....

Small rooms but perfectly acceptable. Very comfy bed. 24/7 check-in and contact-less too. Very pleased with the stay and would not hesitate to stay here if the prices are reasonable for the night.

Modern, comfortable, compact, no-frills room. Nice room controls via an iPad. Good design of the safe and the drawer for hand luggage under the need. Excellent for the light traveler. Good location in the city center. Fast, automated check-in. Ventilation in the room could be improved to bring in fresh air. Breakfast was extremely limited. Common areas and the outside of the building could be refurbished.
