The convenience of this hotel is top notch. Literally a couple steps from the arena we were seeing an event at. Couldn’t have worked out better. Cleanliness is very important to me and everything looked great and met my standards. Staff was all very friendly. They have their own parking garage as well. Great experience.

Our check was delayed due to staffing and we were not notified and the computers were down so we could not eat in the bar or order drinks. When I ordered room service it charged me a fee and the tip twice

I ordered a room with king bed and sofa bed, because i had my family. I only got a bed with no sofa bed and was told they do not offer that with a king bed, but yet that is what i paid for.

We arrived alittle before 3 and was told our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready for an hour, eventho check in was at 3.... checkout is 12. After an hour the person from front desk got in the elevator and when she came back we got checked in and got to the room. When we left our daughter who slept on couch cushions on the floor had bites on her body. Hoping it's fleas and not bed bugs!!

We reserved a room for the night of the Eagles concert. It started at 8:00, doors opened at 6:30. We arrived at 5:15, did not get access to room till 6:20. Did not have time to have dinner before concert. Also we were charged $72.00 for on site parking for less than 18 hour stay. Way too expensive. Will not be back.

The trip was great and met so many great people. Some staff was super friendly and some staff was just not about customer service. Day shift management helped assist me with early room switch while night shift manager said there was nothing they can do or advice given. We had 7 rooms for a three night stay. Val our bartender was great! The waitress at Pier 48 was one of the worst we have ever seen. she told my Rep that he had to leave because we weren't there to order and kitchen was closed. Billy (Bartender/Hiring MNG) handled it and our $300 meal terrific. Kitchen manager came out and apologized saying they take food orders until 11:00 and that should of never happened.

Our stay was amazing! A special shout-out to the valet. We did not use the service, but the young African American woman was so helpful in answering all of our questions. We also absolutely cannot say enough about our experience in the restaurant. Her name was Toy and she went above and beyond! A wonderful stay and location
