Avoid
This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed it. We stopped for the night on the way to Florida for a funeral and left at 5am because we could not stand the smell of the smoke. All of our clothing smelled like smoke for the remainder of our trip. There was visible filth and stains on the curtains, walls, and flooring. We have have wonderful experiences at Laquinta locations and would like to know how to tell the difference between a regular Laquinta and one that will make us want to sleep in our car.

Stayed here 2 yrs ago and was very nice. This stay not so much. Hotel seems to be very run down now. Clearly states that it is smoke free but our room wreaked of smoke so bad we went and purchased frebreeze and sprayed the room down. I actually found cogarette ashes in the floor. Housekeeping could do alot better. Bathroom had hair on floor and tub. Just not what it was 2 yrs ago. Will find somewhere else in Savannah to stay next time!!!

Was the first time in my many hotel stays ( not all LaQuinta) that I felt the room was actually cleaned well. No gross sticky carpets or junk left on un-vacuumed floors. Could use some minor maintenance but overall not a bad stay.
