We always stay at this hotel because the staff is wonderful, they always make sure we have everything we need, including making a cup of hot water on a very cold night so I could have hot coco. It is always super clean, and we ever have any issues with the room. The only thing that was off this time was the bedding was a bit stale smelling. This is not a big deal, but it was out of the ordinary. We will be back soon I hope. Covid permitting.

The property was well kept up and generally quite new but the disappointing thing is the trend away from giving maid service. I do not appreciate paying full price for something and have them try and dodge service because of supposed "staffing" issues that seem to never end.

Everything was great the only issue we had was when you first walked in there was a strong smell and my wife is asthmatic and was not able to take in the lobby The breakfast was great area was great as well as the food was great. The people at the facility were very willing to help and make us comfortable. Thank you for having a great facility.
